Additional charges may apply for larger items, residential delivery, liftgate delivery, or inside delivery, limited access delivery or appointment delivery.
Water Cannon ships via UPS with delivery to the lower 48 states of the United States. We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING and handling on PREPAID orders over $99.00. * For orders placed by phone or online that are under $99.00, a flat rate shipping charge will be applied. For orders $35.00 and under, the flat rate will be $15.30 and orders from $35.00 – $99.00, the flat rate will be $19.50.
All orders shipped outside of the continental United States will have additional freight charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO addresses (certain military addresses overseas).
Specifically, orders shipping to the following locations will be subject to additional freight charges. Orders shipping to a Canadian address will be subject to a flat rate charge equal to 25% of the total order value. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all other international addresses as set out above, a member of our service team will contact you to advise of the freight cost prior to order shipment.

In-stock items will be processed within three business days. Expedited (2-Day/Next Day) orders placed by 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time will be processed within one business day. To calculate the estimated delivery date, add processing time to transit time. For example, an item that is processed in three business days and shipped using Standard Shipping (2-7 business days) will arrive in 5-10 business days.
Air freight orders including UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Select must be ordered by phone at 1-800-333-9274, or you can email your order with special instructions to Sales@4000psi.com. All special request orders, including orders outside of the 48 states and Air Freight orders are subject to additional freight costs and handling charges, including customs documents and fees.
Accessorial charges stem from extra services performed by the carrier that goes beyond the typical dock to dock / business to business pick up and deliveries. Common examples of these charges are lift gate service, residential pickup or delivery, limited access locations (i.e. jails, prisons, churches, schools, storage units) and inside delivery. Accessorial charges can be added to your purchase by simply calling our customer service department 1.800.226.2646 or by emailing sales@4000psi.com. In case of a missed delivery or shipping addresses with errors causing a missed delivery, the customer will be responsible for all the extra fees for handling and redelivering of the package.
Shipping costs are based upon this purchase with no additional accessorials added without prior consent from Water Cannon. If a lift gate is required without prior authorization, the purchaser/consignee will be charged for any additional costs by Water Cannon. This includes Inside delivery - liftgate - Storage - advanced notification - redelivery - Limited access fee. Thank for your understanding.
