We encourage you to test your products within 15 days of receipt so we can quickly remedy any mechanical problems or technical issues. We offer free technical support on all our products, so do not hesitate to call us with questions or concerns.

Please have your Invoice, Purchase Order Number, part number and reason for return or exchange ready at the time of call or included in the body of your email.
For Returns, Exchanges, and Merchandise that has been damaged in transit and must be returned, Water Cannon will provide an RMA number and return shipping label.  Credit will not be issued for merchandise returned without a valid RMA number.

Please ensure merchandise is in the original packaging, or such other packaging that the product will not be damaged during return shipment.

Credit will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 days from the date the merchandise is received at the return address. Depending on the issuing bank, credit card refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement after the refund has been processed.

You may return any unopened parts or accessories for credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery by contacting our customer service department at 1-800-226-2646 or by email at sales@4000psi.com* Some exceptions apply.

*Return policy Exceptions: Engines and pumps filled with fuel or oil are non-refundable and are considered Hazardous Materials. LP, NG, Electric Powered or Custom Units are NOT Returnable.  Other units that have fuel in the engine or pump are non-returnable.

Returns will be subject to a 25% restock fee and return shipping and handling fees. Exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee.

You may return any unopened and unused parts or accessories within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange by contacting our customer service department at 1-800-226-2646 or by email at sales@4000psi.com

In the event your package arrives with shipping damage, please do NOT accept delivery.  Make a note of the damage on the BOL and contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-226-2646 or Sales@4000psi.com to report the delivery refusal.  We will arrange for a replacement.

By accepting the delivery without inspecting the contents you are acknowledging that the order was received in good condition.  Any hidden damage that you after accepting delivery is your responsibility. *

* For items left at your location that do not require a signature, please document any damage to the packaging, including photos of the outside and inside of the container, the item within the packaging, and the damage to the item.  Please contact our Customer Service Department and include this documentation in your damage report.  This will assist in expediting a replacement order.

Most new items carry a manufacturer's warranty and can be repaired by any authorized dealer. A manufacturer's warranty is not a money-back guarantee. Standard warranty coverage is to repair or replace, free of charge, any parts that are defective in material or workmanship. Wear items such as water and oil seals are covered for 30 days. Labor is NOT covered under any warranty. We recommend you contact your local authorized dealer for warranty service, as no transportation charges are included in the coverage. Warranty registration is not necessary to obtain warranty coverage. The sales receipt indicates the purchase date which starts the warranty period. Shipping costs are not covered by any warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability and of any and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of the manufacturers or equipment.
